Terms of service

The terms that apply to your use of Horus and its connected tools.

Last updated 16 September 2026

Your agreement with Horus

Horus is operated by Iurii Molodtsov. These terms apply to horusintel.app and the Horus MCP service. By creating an account or using Horus, you agree to these terms. If you use Horus for an organization, you must have authority to act for it. You must be at least 18 years old.

Questions about these terms can be sent to app@horusintel.app. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. A separate written agreement with you takes precedence where it expressly conflicts with these terms.

Accounts and workspace access

Provide accurate account information, protect your password and API keys, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share individual sign-in credentials. Workspace administrators manage membership and access to shared records.

You are responsible for the instructions and permissions you give to connected apps. OAuth connections and API keys may allow apps to read, create, update, or delete workspace data within the granted access. Review proposed changes, especially deletions. You can disconnect apps or revoke keys on the MCP page.

Permitted use

You may use Horus for lawful communications research and related work. You must have the rights and permissions needed for content you add, process, or share.

Do not use Horus to harass people, send spam, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, collect sensitive personal information without a lawful basis, bypass access controls, expose secrets, interfere with the service, or access another workspace without permission. Do not use automated requests in a way that disrupts the service or circumvents its limits.

Your content and published sources

You retain your rights in content you provide. You give us permission to host, process, transmit, and display it as needed to provide and support Horus, including through providers and connected apps used for the features you request. This permission ends when the content is removed, except for backup retention and processing required by law or to resolve disputes.

Articles, publication names, trademarks, and other third-party material remain the property of their owners. Access through Horus does not give you a right to republish that material or bypass a publisher’s restrictions. You control public report links and are responsible for deciding what to share.

Research and AI-generated results

Coverage, reporter profiles, briefings, and AI-visibility scores may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Generated text may misstate facts. Check linked sources and review results before relying on them or sharing them with clients. Horus does not guarantee coverage, reporter interest, search ranking, or any communications outcome.

Third-party apps and services have their own terms and policies. Their availability and behavior may change. A Horus connection does not imply endorsement by the provider of the app you connect.

Availability, fees, and termination

We may improve, change, limit, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted service or a particular service level unless agreed separately in writing. Any paid access, fees, billing period, and cancellation terms must be disclosed and agreed before charges apply; these terms alone do not authorize a charge.

You may stop using Horus at any time and request account closure at app@horusintel.app. We may suspend or end access for a material breach, security risk, unlawful activity, or discontinuation of the service. Where reasonably practicable, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue or retrieve your data. Urgent security or legal circumstances may require immediate action.

Responsibility and disputes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Horus is provided as available without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized instructions you give to third-party apps, third-party outages, or use contrary to these terms, except where the law makes us responsible.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections. Contact app@horusintel.app first so we can try to resolve a dispute. These terms do not require arbitration or waive any court or statutory remedy available to you.

Changes to these terms

We will post revised terms here and update the date above. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the service or email where practicable, and obtain agreement where required by law. If you do not agree to revised terms, stop using the service and contact us about closing your account.
